In addition, we include listings on the MLS system (available to all other brokers) which provides the maximum exposure for our clients.

Maintenance & Unit Turnover

RGR Property Management handles all the maintenance needs of your properties, ensuring quality work, in a timely fashion and within budget. Our owners receive regular updates of on-going maintenance projects. As your property manager, we are in a position to prepare your unit for a quick turnover when tenants leave.

Capital Projects

We encourage our clients to maintain a capital reserve fund for future projects such as roof or siding replacements and major system overhauls.
