President’s Letter

At RGR Property Management, our philosophy is to make customer service a top priority. We understand that each property is unique, and as a smaller company, we have the flexibility to tailor our services to our client’s individual needs and goals. 

I emigrated from Dublin (Ireland) in 1994 bringing with me an upbringing and background of hard work and dedication to excellence. I earned a Business Degree from University College Dublin and subsequently qualified as a public accountant while working at Deloitte & Touché. I have over 20 years experience in the financial and real estate industries. My clients especially appreciate my negotiation skills and attention to the financial details. I take a hands-on approach with all of our clients and I’m fully involved in the day to day operations.
One reason I started RGR was because I was dissatisfied with the property management firms I hired while I was the Chief Operating Officer of a Boston based real estate investment company. I know the importance of good management, so I have assembled and trained a team that makes customer service a top priority and includes 24/7 availability, in-house maintenance services and the administrative support you would expect for your association. I have worked hard over the years to assemble a talented team of results-oriented individuals who place the customer first.
